At Rise Vitals, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on first-time purchases only. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To begin the process, please email us at info@risevitals.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Money-Back Guarantee & Subscription Orders

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, allowing customers to try our products before deciding whether to continue.

By placing a subscription order, the customer confirms they have already had the opportunity to experience the product and have actively opted into recurring deliveries. As such, subscription orders are considered final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at our discretion and do not constitute a refund right.


Return Eligibility (First-Time Purchases Only)

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

- Products must include original packaging, labels, and safety seals (if applicable)


Special Policy for Bundles

We offer exclusive discounts on bundled sets. To be eligible for a refund:

- The entire bundle must be returned

- All items must be unopened and unused

If any item in the bundle is opened, the bundle is no longer eligible for a refund.
In such cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@risevitals.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Subscription orders

- Sale items

- Gift cards

- Opened items (unless defective)


Exchanges

To exchange a product, we recommend:

1. Requesting a return for the eligible item

2. Placing a new order for the product you want

Once we accept and receive the return, a refund will be issued according to the terms above.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

- The item must be unused and in original packaging

- Proof of purchase is required

This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return window and does not override subscription exclusions.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
